The major achievement: writing the vision and mission for Birzeit University Museum and  restructuring The Ethnographic & Art Museum & The Virtual Gallery accordingly in one entity in 2012. Drawing the conceptual outlines of the five years program, framing the work of the Exhibitions, Education and Collection department in multidisciplinary format, building the museum website, extending gallery and collection space, and supervising and implementing the projects for what became known, since 2012, as Birzeit University Museum.
